03:32 AM EDT, 09/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quantum Computing ( QUBT ) said Wednesday that it has closed its oversubscribed private placement of 26.9 million shares of common stock, resulting in gross proceeds of $500 million.

The company said it intends to use the net proceeds from the offering to speed up commercialization of its technology, pursue acquisitions and expansion, and for general corporate purposes.
