09:57 AM EST, 03/05/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Quantum Computing ( QUBT ) said Thursday that it completed the acquisition of quantum communications technology company NuCrypt through a $5 million cash and share transaction.

The company expects the acquisition to expand its portfolio and advance its technology roadmap. NuCrypt will initially operate as a Quantum Computing ( QUBT ) subsidiary following the transaction, the company said.
