09:05 AM EST, 12/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Quantum Computing ( QUBT ) said Tuesday it was awarded a contract by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration's Goddard Space Flight Center to use its Dirac-3 quantum optimization technology for image reconstruction and data analysis.

Financial terms were not provided.

The company said it will use its Dirac-3 system to address a phase unwrapping problem in radar-generated interferometric data, aiming to improve image quality and data accuracy.
