04:27 PM EDT, 06/27/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Quantum Computing ( QUBT ) said Thursday it received a noncompliance notice from Nasdaq for not timely filing its report for the quarter ended March 31 on Form 10-Q.

The company said it has until Aug. 23 to submit a plan to regain compliance.

Quantum said it will file the quarterly report after its newly appointed public accounting firm BPM completes the 2023 fiscal year audit.
