08:18 AM EDT, 05/30/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quantum eMotion ( QNCCF ) overnight Thursday said it intends to raise $6 million through a brokered private placement.

The company will issue at least 4 million units at $1.50 each, under the listed issuer financing exemption. Each unit will consist of one share and one three-year warrant to buy a share at $1.82. Proceeds will be used for research and development and commercialization purposes.

The offering will close on June 2.
