04:35 PM EDT, 05/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Quantum (QMCO) submitted plans with Nasdaq on April 24 giving details to regain compliance with the exchange's applicable listing criteria, the company said Friday.

The plan includes Quantum's progress and coordination with advisers and auditors, and an updated timeline for it to regain compliance by filing quarterly reports for fiscal Q2, Q3, Q4 and full year results by June 27, according to the company.

Quantum shares were up nearly 3% in recent after-hours activity.
