09:13 AM EDT, 10/14/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Quest Diagnostics ( DGX ) said Monday it has closed its acquisition of certain laboratory assets from OhioHealth.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Quest said its full-service laboratory in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, will provide most of the outreach testing previously done by OhioHealth, which will continue to own and operate hospital labs for inpatient and hospital-based outpatient care and anatomic pathology and oncology services.
