08:05 AM EDT, 06/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Quest Diagnostics ( DGX ) said Tuesday it has completed its previously announced acquisition of PathAI Diagnostics from PathAI.

In connection with the deal, the PathAI Diagnostics digitized laboratory in Memphis, Tennessee has been rebranded as AmeriPath, and it will act as the national artificial intelligence and digital R&D and solutions center supporting Quest's specialty pathology business, AmeriPath and Dempath Diagnostics, Quest said.
