09:19 AM EST, 01/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quest Diagnostics ( DGX ) said Monday it has closed the purchase of certain assets of University Hospitals' outreach laboratory services business.

Financial terms were not provided.

The company said it expects the acquisition to expand its directory of tests and support access to patient sites in Ohio.

Shares were edging 0.3% higher ahead of Monday's opening bell.
