Analysts polled by FactSet expected $2.19.
Net revenue for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was $2.62 billion, compared with $2.29 billion a year earlier.
Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $2.58 billion.
For 2025, the company said it expects adjusted diluted EPS of $9.55 to $9.80 on net revenue of $10.70 billion to $10.85 billion.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $9.73 on revenue of $10.71 billion.
The company also said it increased its quarterly dividend to $0.80 per share from $0.75, payable April 21 to shareholders of record as of April 7.
