Quest Diagnostics to Buy OhioHealth's Outreach Lab Services Business

09:29 AM EDT, 07/10/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Quest Diagnostics ( DGX ) and OhioHealth said Wednesday that Quest will buy certain assets of OhioHealth's outreach laboratory services business.

Financial terms were not provided.

The deal, expected to close in Q3, will integrate OhioHealth's outreach testing into Quest's operations in Pittsburgh, the companies said.
