Questcorp Mining Continues Exploration in Advance of Drilling at La Union Gold & Silver Project in Mexico
Jul 7, 2025 5:16 AM

07:50 AM EDT, 07/07/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Questcorp Mining ( QQCMF ) on Monday said it is continuing the surface exploration in preparation for drilling at the La Union Gold-Silver Project in Sonora, Mexico.

La Union operator Riverside Resources successfully completed two IP lines over the La Union and La Union Norte mines respectively. The chargeability and resistivity features at depth will guide the placement of the first ever drill holes on the property, as well as correlating with mapped mineralized zones and former workings. The company said ongoing surface geochemistry and mapping continues to strengthen the targeting pipeline.

Questcorp said it has an option to earn 100% interest from Riverside Resources in the property, by making a series of cash payments and share issuance and completing a series of exploration expenditures.

Shares of the company closed up 6.3% to $0.17 on Friday on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
