09:53 AM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Quetta Acquisition ( QETA ) , a special purpose acquisition company, and Smart Kreate Group, a cloud logistics technology conglomerate, said Thursday they have signed a definitive business combination deal that values Smart Kreate at $200 million.

The transaction is expected to close in Q3 and the merged entity will operate as Smart Kreate Group, which will be listed on Nasdaq under a new trading symbol, the companies said.
