Quipt Home Medical to Review Kanen Wealth Management's Notice

09:45 AM EST, 01/31/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quipt Home Medical ( QIPT ) said Friday it has received a notice from Philotimo Fund, which is linked to Kanen Wealth Management and David L. Kanen, indicating their intent to solicit proxies for four director candidates in opposition to the company's nominees.

The company said it will carefully review and assess the notice and any related requests in line with its established procedures and all relevant laws.

Quipt Home Medical ( QIPT ) has not yet received a timely, valid, and compliant director nomination notice under US securities regulations and the company's Articles, it added.

Shares of the company were down about 0.3% in recent trading.
