12:59 PM EDT, 04/04/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quoin Pharmaceuticals ( QNRX ) said Friday its board approved a ratio change of its American Depositary Shares to raise its share price to meet Nasdaq's $1.00 minimum bid price per share rule.

The ratio will change to one ADS representing 20 shares from one ADS representing one share, effective April 8, Quoin said. The change will result in a 1-for-20 reverse split of its ADSs.
