02:46 PM EST, 12/16/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Quorum Information Technologies ( QIFTF ) on Tuesday said its shares will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange effective at the close of trading on Dec.18 following the sale of the company to Valsoft, which closed on Dec.10.

As a result of the completion of that transaction, all outstanding shares of the company were acquired by the purchaser for $0.80 each, and that the company is now wholly owned by Valsoft. Quorum said it will also apply to cease to be a reporting issuer in all applicable Canadian jurisdictions as soon as legally permitted.

The company's shares last traded Dec. 10, closing at $0.79 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
