08:20 AM EDT, 03/11/2025 (MT Newswires) -- QXO (QXO) said Tuesday it is extending its all-cash tender offer to acquire all outstanding Beacon Roofing Supply ( BECN ) shares for $124.25 per share until Friday.

The offer was scheduled to expire Monday, the software company said.

QXO shares were up 1.8% and Beacon Roofing Supply ( BECN ) shares were up 1.3% in recent premarket activity.
