QXO Prices Offering of About 89.9 Million Shares

04:41 AM EDT, 06/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- QXO (QXO) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of about 89.9 million common shares at $22.25 per share.

Underwriters have been granted an option to purchase up to about 13.5 million shares.

Net proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close Thursday, will be used for general corporate purposes, including funding future acquisitions of businesses.

Shares of the company fell more than 6% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.

Price: 22.00, Change: -1.51, Percent Change: -6.42
