QXO to Acquire Beacon Roofing Supply for $11 Billion

07:32 AM EST, 01/27/2025 (MT Newswires) -- QXO (QXO) said Monday it has launched an all-cash tender offer to acquire Beacon Roofing Supply's ( BECN ) outstanding shares for $124.25 each for an enterprise value of about $11 billion.

The company said the price marks a 37% premium above Beacon's 90-day unaffected volume-weighted average price share as of Nov. 15.
