Radcom Appoints Hilik Itman Interim Chief Executive

04:47 PM EDT, 04/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Radcom ( RDCM ) said late Friday it has appointed Hilik Itman as interim chief executive, starting Sunday.

Itman has been serving as the company's chief operating officer since 2020.

Guy Shemesh, who became CEO in mid-February, is stepping down, effective Sunday, due to personal reasons, the firm said.

Radcom ( RDCM ) said its board has started a search for a permanent CEO.
