07:15 AM EDT, 03/18/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Radian Group ( RDN ) said Tuesday that its Radian Guaranty unit issued a line of credit of up to $1 million to the Philadelphia Accelerator Fund, a nonprofit loan fund.

The fund provides flexible financing for affordable housing in Philadelphia and works to increase access to capital for historically disadvantaged groups, the company said.
