06:02 PM EST, 11/25/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Radian Group ( RDN ) said late Tuesday its Radian Guaranty unit has agreed to principal terms on an excess of loss reinsurance arrangement with a panel of third-party reinsurance providers.

The deal secures about $373 million of excess of loss coverage on certain policies written from 2016 through 2021, Radian said. It expects to close the agreement in December.
