Radiant Logistics Acquires Freight Services Firm

05:25 PM EST, 03/03/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Radiant Logistics ( RLGT ) late Monday said it acquired Transcon Shipping, a freight services company.

The company did not disclose financial terms of the acquisition.

Transcon will become Radiant brand during 2025 and will merge with existing Radiant operations in Los Angeles, New York and Chicago.
