10:42 AM EDT, 05/05/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Radiant Logistics ( RLGT ) said Monday that it has acquired the operations of Universal Logistics, a privately held company that has operated under the company's Airgroup brand since 2001.

No financial details were disclosed.

The company said Universal Logistics will continue operating under its Airgroup brand following the acquisition and will subsequently move to the Radiant brand over the course of 2025.
