04:48 PM EDT, 09/02/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Radiant Logistics ( RLGT ) said late Tuesday it has acquired an 80% ownership interest in Weport, a privately held Mexico-based provider of global transportation and logistics services.

The deal includes contingent payments tied to Weport's future performance and gives Radiant the right to buy the remaining 20% stake in future.

Weport will continue to be led by founder Ricardo Rochman and is expected to transition to the Radiant brand in 2026.
