05:44 PM EST, 12/03/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Radiant Logistics ( RLGT ) said late Tuesday it acquired the assets and operations of TCB Transportation Associates, doing business as TCB Transportation, through its Radiant Road and Rail unit.

TCB is a privately held intermodal marketing company that specializes in the movement of 40- and 53-foot containers across North America.

Radiant Logistics ( RLGT ) said TCB is expected to operate under the Radiant brand next year.

Radiant Logistics ( RLGT ) shares were up 1.9% in after-hours activity.
