08:20 AM EDT, 07/17/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Radisson Mining Resources (RDS.V) said Wednesday that it appointed Peter MacPhail as a director and Pierre Beaudoin chairman.

MacPhail has over 35 years of operational mining experience in Canada, Mexico, and Australia. He served as COO of Alamos Gold ( AGI ) from 2015 to 2022.

Beaudoin has been a member of Radisson's board since 2021 and has over 30 years of international experience, including as COO of SilverCrest Metals ( SILV ) from 2018 to 2024.

"These appointments announced today complete a seven-person board of directors at Radisson with a strong technical focus and multiple decades of experience in the successful exploration and development of Canadian precious metals projects," Radisson President and CEO Matt Manson said.

Radisson's share price climbed 2.86% yesterday to $0.18 on the TSXV.
