05:56 PM EDT, 03/12/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RadNet ( RDNT ) said late Tuesday it closed an offering of about 5.2 million shares at $44 apiece, resulting in gross proceeds of $230.2 million.

The company said the offering includes the exercise in full of the underwriters' option to purchase up to 682,500 additional shares.

RadNet ( RDNT ) said it intends to use the net proceeds for general corporate purposes and future acquisitions.
