06:23 AM EST, 01/07/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RadNet ( RDNT ) said Wednesday it has promoted Mital Patel to the role of executive vice president and chief operating officer, effective immediately.

Patel was previously the company's executive vice president of financial planning and analysis and chief administrative officer, RadNet ( RDNT ) said.

The company also said it has appointed Chief Science Officer Greg Sorensen as its new chief strategy officer, also effective immediately.

RadNet ( RDNT ) shares were up 1.5% in recent Wednesday premarket activity.
