Underwriters will get a 30-day option to purchase up to $30 million in additional shares, RadNet ( RDNT ) said Thursday in a statement.

Net proceeds will be for general corporate purposes and "potential future acquisitions," the company said.

Shares of the company dropped 4.6% in after-hours activity.
