RadNet's DeepHealth Unit Closes iCAD Acquisition

09:25 AM EDT, 07/17/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RadNet ( RDNT ) said Thursday its DeepHealth unit has completed the purchase of iCAD (ICAD).

The company said in April that the all-stock deal is valued at roughly $103 million.

The deal will likely expand DeepHealth's AI capabilities for breast cancer screening and diagnosis, the company added.
