03:46 PM EDT, 03/12/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Rakovina Therapeutics ( RKVTF ) on Wednesday said the TSX Venture Exchange granted it a 30-day extension with respect to its non-brokered private placement financing, first announced on Jan. 27 and Feb. 20. The offering is now expected to close on or before April 9, 2026.

The company intends to raise up to $1 million through the offering of up to 8.33-million shares at a price of $0.12 each.

Rakovina shares were last seen unchanged at $0.13 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
