07:14 AM EST, 11/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rakovina Therapeutics ( RKVTF ) overnight Thursday said it will double the size of its non-brokered private placement to $2.5 million.

The company will sell units at $0.06 each with each one consisting of one share and one 24-month warrant to buy a share at $0.10.

Proceeds will be used to develop collaborations with two Artificial Intelligence platforms: the Deep Docking AI platform and the Variational AI Enki Platform. Rakovina also plans to develop its kt-3000 series of small molecule drug candidates with biotech and pharma companies.
