08:30 AM EDT, 08/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ramaco Resources ( METCB ) said Friday its board declared a fiscal Q3 dividend for its class B common shares, payable Sept. 19 to shareholders of record on Sept. 5.

Class B holders will receive a number of shares of Class B common stock for each share held determined by dividing $0.1918 by the closing transaction price of the stock on Sept. 5 , the company said.
