Rapid7 to Appoint Three New Directors Under Cooperation Deal With Jana Partners Management

08:27 AM EDT, 03/24/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rapid7 ( RPD ) said Monday that it will appoint three new board members under a cooperation agreement that it entered into with Jana Partners Management.

The company said the appointments of Wael Mohamed, Michael Burns and Kevin Galligan will increase the size of its board to 11 from eight members.

Among other things, the cooperation agreement provides that Jana will support all of Rapid7's ( RPD ) board nominees at its annual shareholder meeting, the company said.
