Rapid7's Q4 Non-GAAP Net Income Falls, Revenue Rises; Shares Drop After Hours

05:41 PM EST, 02/12/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Rapid7 ( RPD ) reported Q4 non-GAAP net income Wednesday of $0.48 per diluted share, down from $0.72 a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected $0.50.

Revenue in the three months ended Dec. 31 rose to $216.3 million from $205.3 million a year earlier.

Analysts surveyed by FactSet expected $212.2 million.

In Q1, the company expects non-GAAP net income of $0.33 to $0.36 a share on revenue of $207 million to $209 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect EPS of $0.55 on revenue of $214 million.

In 2025, the company expects non-GAAP net income of $1.72 to $1.85 a share on revenue of $860 million to $870 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect EPS of $2.33 on revenue of $881.9 million.

The company's shares fell 7.3% in recent after-hours trading.
