04:19 AM EDT, 10/22/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RAPT Therapeutics ( RAPT ) said late Tuesday it priced a public offering of about 8.3 million common shares at $30 apiece for expected gross proceeds of roughly $250 million.

Underwriters have a 30-day overallotment option to buy up to 1.25 million additional shares.

The company said the offering is expected to close by Thursday.

RAPT Therapeutics ( RAPT ) shares were down 6.1% in recent premarket activity Wednesday.
