08:40 AM EST, 01/28/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ravelin Properties REIT (RPR-UN.TO), previously Slate Office REIT (SOT-UN.TO), on Tuesday said it has appointed Robert Hibberd as chief financial officer.

Hibberd previously provided CFO and strategic finance services to public and private companies.

Rachna Morgado, from Ferngate Asset Management, will be appointed chief operating officer.

Ravelin previously announced that it had accelerated the termination of its previous external management agreement and internalized the REIT's management effective Dec. 31, 2024.

"Our team is now in place and operating across our global platform, including fully functioning accounting, finance, corporate and real estate operations. We are well-positioned to move forward with the REIT's strategic goals as we navigate the challenges and opportunities ahead of us," said Chief Executive Shant Poladian.
