10:52 AM EST, 11/05/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Rayonier Advanced Materials ( RYAM ) said Tuesday that its Rayonier A.M. Products unit's cash tender offer for outstanding 7.625% senior secured notes due 2026 expired Monday, with roughly $135.5 million of the notes validly tendered.

The tendered notes represent about 30% of the aggregate principal amount of the notes outstanding.

Rayonier said the unit expects to accept for payment all notes validly tendered and not validly withdrawn in the offer.

The company's shares were up nearly 2% in recent trading.
