RB Global Receives TSX Approval for $500 Million Share Repurchase Program

10:47 AM EDT, 03/16/2026 (MT Newswires) -- RB Global ( RBA ) said Monday that the Toronto Stock Exchange has approved its normal course issuer bid or NCIB, under which the company can repurchase $500 million in common shares.

The NCIB is effective Wednesday through March 17, 2027, the company said.
