RBB Bancorp Gets Board Approval for $18 Million Stock Repurchase Program

05:15 PM EDT, 05/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RBB Bancorp ( RBB ) and its Royal Business Bank and RBB Asset Management units said late Thursday they received board approval to repurchase up to $18 million of outstanding common shares.

The buyback program is valid through June 30, 2026.

RBB's shares were up more than 3% in after-hours activity.

Price: 16.99, Change: +0.57, Percent Change: +3.47
