11:23 AM EDT, 03/11/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RBC Capital Markets said Monday that it does not currently expect changes to Parkland Corp. ( PKIUF ) 's strategy or capital allocation after its largest shareholder Simpson Oil provided a statement regarding the current board nomination agreement.

RBC said Simpson Oil suggested that it could not publicly discuss what is in dispute and their current intentions in terms of corporate strategy, board dynamics, etc.

Simpson Oil will likely provide clarity following the annual general meeting scheduled for March 28, RBC said.
