RBC Capital Markets Notes Whitecap Resources' "Solid" Q1 Results
Apr 29, 2024 8:50 AM

11:29 AM EDT, 04/29/2024 (MT Newswires) -- RBC Capital Markets said Monday Whitecap Resources (WCP.TO) posted a solid first quarter, with its volumes supported by outperformance in both divisions, combined with early startup of the Musreau battery.

RBC noted that Whitecap increased its production guidance given a stronger run-rate with no change to capital spend, enhancing the free cash profile through the balance of the year.

"In our view, execution remains strong with optimization efforts across the portfolio paying off," RBC said.
