RBC Previews This Week's Payrolls Data in Canada

08:51 AM EST, 11/25/2024 (MT Newswires) -- Canada is set to release the Survey of Employment, Payrolls and Hours (SEPH) for September on Thursday, noted RBC.

Job openings in the Canadian September SEPH data will be watched closely for signs of further softening in the labor market, said the bank.

Job openings have been declining and RBC continues to expect wage growth to slow.
