11:37 AM EDT, 08/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RBC has raised its one year target on Colliers International ( CIGI ) by US$10, to US$185, and reiterated its Outperform rating.

Analyst Jimmy Shan said most of Colliers' lines of businesses outperform. Capital markets saw a "nice rebound," engineering was particularly robust, driven by a series of attractively priced tuck-in acquisitions and +8% organic growth. Investment management fundraising is also gaining some momentum.

"Bottom line: we see an improving operating outlook and revise our estimates higher. And with 2025 AEPS growth closer to its large global broker peer, we see multiple upside in the near term."
