01:22 PM EST, 11/21/2025 (MT Newswires) -- RCI Hospitality ( RICK ) stock rose 12% in recent Friday trading after the company repurchased 821,000 shares from ADW Capital Partners for $30 million.

The buyback was priced at $36.54 a share with payments of $8 million in cash and $22 million in two-year seller financing at a rate of 12%, RCI said Friday in a statement.

"While the price per share is above the current market, we believe our shares are significantly undervalued," RCI Chief Executives Officer Eric Langan said.

The acquisition accelerates a five-year capital allocation strategy and is accretive immediately to free cash flow per share, the company said.
