Ready Capital's iBusiness Funding Division Plans $100 Million AI Investment

10:05 AM EDT, 04/08/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Ready Capital's ( RC ) iBusiness Funding technology and lending services division said Tuesday that it earmarked $100 million for the advancement and integration of artificial intelligence across its platform.

The division said the planned investment will be funded through operating revenue.

In the same statement, iBusiness Funding said it has launched Lendsey AI, an agentic AI platform designed for small-to-medium-sized business lending, as an exclusive add-on to its Lender AI platform.

Shares of Ready Capital ( RC ) were up 3.8% in recent trading.
