Real Asset Acquisition Prices $150 Million IPO

12:28 PM EDT, 04/29/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Real Asset Acquisition said late Monday it has priced its initial public offering of 15 million units at $10 per unit.

Each unit consists of one class A share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable to buy one class A share at $11.50 per share, the company said.

The blank check company said the shares and warrants are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols "RAAQ" and "RAAQW," respectively. The offering is set to close Wednesday.

The firm said its underwriters have a 45-day option to buy up to an additional 2.25 million units to cover any overallotments.

Real Asset said it plans to target opportunities and companies in the quantum computing, metals/mining, rare earth and infrastructure sectors.
