12:51 PM EDT, 07/01/2025 (MT Newswires) -- Real Brokerage ( REAX ) said Tuesday it is acquiring artificial intelligence-powered consumer home search portal and related technology assets of Flyhomes.

The company also made an equity investment in Flyhomes and the financial terms were not disclosed. Through Real Brokerage's ( REAX ) unit, it will offer Flyhomes' flagship "Buy Before You Sell" financing solutions to agents and their clients.

Additionally, Real Brokerage ( REAX ) said Flyhomes' consumer portal will be integrated into its forthcoming consumer-facing product, Leo for Clients, in the coming months.

Both the acquisition and investment were funded with existing cash on hand and are not anticipated to have a material impact on its financial results, Real Brokerage ( REAX ) said.
