04:36 PM EDT, 08/14/2026 (MT Newswires) -- Real Brokerage (REAX) and RE/MAX ( RMAX ) securityholders approved the proposed merger, moving the deal toward completion, the companies said late Friday in a joint release.

Real Brokerage's proposed acquisition of RE/MAX ( RMAX ) still requires a final order from the Supreme Court of British Columbia, with closing expected shortly after all conditions are satisfied, the companies said.

The combined Real REMAX Group is expected to support more than 180,000 real estate professionals across more than 120 countries and territories, the companies said.
